In a letter intended to be addressed to EACC, ODPP and Parliament Public Accounts Committee and Health Committee seen by our investigative team -the lobby group who were thrilled by pieces of work done by this blog in relation to this one culprit and his entities. The lobby group have received complaints, paper work and invoices that solidifies their evidence in this case ready to provide to the authorities.
Being not a witchhunt, the Lobby group opted to give heads up to the relevant Authorities that is the EACC, ODPP to dig deeper into the matters of concern as Parliamentary Senate Health committee have been compromised in this. In the letter, the following are key issues and persona the authority must investigate:
1. What happened to Sh176.1billion probe in the TSC-Teachers , National Police Service insurance schemes that cannot be traced and at the centre of it was Jayesh Saini and his MAKL company.
2. MAKL Limited has deliberately limited market access/investment by healthcare providers in specific regions of the country, such as Bungoma, Migori, Kikuyu, Meru, Eldoret, Nairobi West, Kitengala West, and Nairobi, by not considering applications from providers in those areas to favor Bliss Medical Healthcare, Lifecare Group of Hospitals, Nairobi West Hospital, Kitengala West Hospital, and Medicross Healthcare which are Jayesh Saini’s.
3. Re-open and investigate the Clinix Scandal as Health Committee then was likely compromised
4. Investigate Alleged Organ Trafficking Collaboration between Mediheal Hospital and Nairobi west Hospital.
5. Invite KRA to confirm Tax compliance of Jayesh Saini and his companies
The close ties between the Head of State William Ruto and Jayesh Saini who was one of his Presidency financier protects him from such prosecution, rigged system but the Lobby group believe justice shall be served to Teachers, Police, Other underdog Insurance providers monopolized by Jayesh and all money lost when convicted shall be recovered.
